Mockplus Payment Platform Migration Notice

Dear Mockplus users,

We are urgently moving our payment platform due to serious financial issues with our old payment platform, MyCommerce, which has not remitted payments for any purchases or subscriptions to us since July 1st, 2024.

If you purchased or subscribed to Mockplus through MyCommerce since then, please contact us immediately at support@mockplusapp.com with your email address and order number so we can process your refund and complete the migration.

If this isn't completed by Jan 31, 2025, we may have to pause your service.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and would love to give you a 3-month free account extension as compensation for this!

Why to do the migration

Due to serious financial issues with our current payment platform (learn more here: Digital River Runs Dry: News on MyCommerce), MyCommerce, we have not received payments for any purchases or subscriptions made through this platform since July 2024.

To stop this bad situation and ensure uninterrupted service, we have to urgently move our payment platform and ask your help to process a payment refund and re-pay the order with our new payment platform.

How to check if you are involved

Here is how to check if you made a Mockplus purchase through MyCommerce since July 1, 2024:

Step 1. Log into your Mockplus account and open Mockplus purchase history

Step 2. Check for any purchases made on MyCommerce after July 1, 2024

If you do have found one paid, contact us at support@mockplusapp.com for assistance with the migration.

How you can help with the migration

If your purchase was made after July 1, 2024, follow these steps:

Step 1. Contact us with your email account, order number or purchase invoice

The order number and purchase invoice are often automatically sent to the billing email you provided when making the purchase. So, check your billing email for a payment confirmation from “Share-it.” It usually looks like below:

Step 2. Issue a refund

We'll immediately issue a refund based on your order information.

Step 3. Re-pay with our new payment link

Once you've confirmed the refund, we'll share a new payment link (generated with the new payment platform, 2checkout). Please use that link to complete the payment.

Note: This migration process will never affect your use and access to Mockplus. Just feel free to use Mockplus as before.

Compensation: A 3-month extension

To thank you for your understanding and cooperation, we will add 3-month extension to your account for free. This extension will be applied to your account when the refund is processed.

Deadline

We aim to complete this migration by January 31, 2025.

If the new payment is not completed by then, we may have to pause your service.

We understand this might cause troubles for you, however, the current situation is just beyond our control. We sincerely hope for your understanding.
