Cannot open Mockplus Classic on Dell XPS

Hello,

After I installed Mockplus Classic on my Dell XPS, I tried opening it. However, an error message appears: "App is not optimized for your PC"

I tried reinstalling, but no luck.

What's going on here? What can I do to fix this?
